Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a course or All-Access plan, as long as you have not completed a full-length mock test in that course.

Payments are non-refundable after 7 days. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Plans do not renew automatically. To stop, simply do not renew. If you want your access removed early, email us.

Institutional licences follow the terms in your invoice or agreement. Unused seats may be reduced at renewal.

Grammar, Vocabulary and plans unlocked with a waiver code are free, so no refund applies.

Email mail@azzpira.com with your account email and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
