Privacy Policy

• Account details: name, email address and your role (student, tutor, parent or organisation).
• Learning data: answers, scores, time spent, notes, writing submissions and speaking recordings.
• Payment records: plan, amount and payment reference. We do not store card numbers.
• Basic technical data such as browser type, used to keep the site working and secure.

• To run your courses, track progress and recommend what to study next.
• To let your tutor, linked parent or school see your work, only where you are connected to them.
• To send account emails such as sign-up confirmation, password resets and support replies.

Your recordings and writing are private to you, your assigned tutors and StratPrep administrators. Independent tutors see only their own students. We never sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Younger students should use StratPrep with a parent or guardian's permission. Parents may ask to see, correct or delete their child's information.

Data is stored with trusted cloud providers, protected by access rules that limit each person to the records they are allowed to see.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing mail@azzpira.com. We reply within 30 days.
